The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) manages the Small Business Program for USAHCA contracting requirements. The OSBP ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulations impacting small businesses, and seeks to maximize small business opportunities.

For information on our program, please contact us via email at usarmy.jbsa.medcom.mesg.medcom-sbpo.

The Army runs several socioeconomic programs that provide assistance to small businesses of various types, additional information on the Army’s small business programs can be found at: https://osbp.army.mil/Programs/

If you are a small business with capabilities in the medical category, make your capabilities known by submitting a capability statement. Before submitting your capability statement, know which NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) codes and Product Service Codes (PSCs) you are capable of supporting and ensure they align with the MEDCOM’s medical mission. One of the ways contracting offices conduct market research is by searching for business entities with the NAICS code aligning to their procurement. Make sure you are marketing yourself to the correct contracting enterprise.

The following NAICS codes and PSC codes are within USAHCA’s area of responsibility (not all inclusive):
